Appointments process

Success is measured by the success of the individual

We take great care when hiring our people. The aim of the appointment process is to get the right person in the right place. To strengthen the success of our company and your job satisfaction.

The appointment process has three rounds. We'll inform you about the results of each round using the same media that you first sent your CV or which you chose in the personal questionnaire. The process of receiving and working with your personal data is highly secure and discrete.

Evaluation of your CV

In this round the emphasis is placed on the requisite education and experience, language abilities, computer knowledge and other properties, willingness to grow and work on yourself. Our HR may contact you by telephone to get more details or to clarify some points. If you don't meet our requirements, you will be informed within four weeks.

If you fulfil the requirements of a given position, you will be invited to interview.

First Interview

The first interview is a get-to-know-you interview, led by the HR of the company. You will by given time to introduce yourself, and describe your career path. You will also complete a personal test which has been created by a well-known personnel agency. We will also answer all questions you may have about the company and the position being offered.

In the event that you do not fulfull the profile of the candidate we are looking for, your will be informed within a short period of time.

Should you fulfil all the criteria your will be invited to a second interview.

Second INterview

The second interview is led by the HR of the company but usually with the direct superior of the position being offered. Your technical abilities will be mainly tested. If you are interested the manager can provide further information about the position.

If you do not fulfil the required criteria, you will be informed in a short period of time.

If you are successful in this round, you will be informed and we will let you know about the next steps. During the appointment process we will be happy to answer any questions.
