The first interview is a get-to-know-you interview, led by the HR of the company. You will by given time to introduce yourself, and describe your career path. You will also complete a personal test which has been created by a well-known personnel agency. We will also answer all questions you may have about the company and the position being offered.
In the event that you do not fulfull the profile of the candidate we are looking for, your will be informed within a short period of time.
Should you fulfil all the criteria your will be invited to a second interview.
Second INterview
The second interview is led by the HR of the company but usually with the direct superior of the position being offered. Your technical abilities will be mainly tested. If you are interested the manager can provide further information about the position.
If you do not fulfil the required criteria, you will be informed in a short period of time.
If you are successful in this round, you will be informed and we will let you know about the next steps. During the appointment process we will be happy to answer any questions.
