effectively develop the information flows and business of a company.

K-net
guarantees server virtualization, in other words, we are responsible
for the creation of identical copies of VMware servers and setting up a
backup schedule so that data can be restored in case of longer-term
interruption of service or any accident, including natural disasters.

VPN Provision
Virtual
private networks are looked after by K-net including installation,
configuration and supervision over the whole of a customer's network.
Services include rental of NetDispatcher and it's replacement within 4
hours anywhere in the Czech Republic.

What is unique about NetSupport?
This
is a custom system of technical assistance, which K-net Technical
International Group has been running for the benefit of its customers
since 2003.
The aim of this service is that all information technology equipment works with no unexpected downtime.

tasks and the individual steps which lead to their resolution are
recorded to give a complete overview and history of the services
provided. The information system which K-net employs for recording,
working and evalution is connected via a web application, "client
zone", which gives contracted clients all necessary information,
whenever, via the internet.
