NetSupport is a comprehensive package that allows us to fulfill the main mission of our company: to help customers organize their computer systems and networks to meet their current and future requirements; whether it is availability, security or reliability of stored data.

NetSupport has three product lines.

1)Technical Support
This is a comprehensive system of technical assistance, which includes packages for the smooth running of applications, servers and networks.

  • Technical assistance
    The service is provided on demand with a guaranteed response time to customer demand.
  • Technical supervision
    Is a system whereby you can have at your disposal 25 IT specialists at a team when they are most needed. Technical checkups of the IT infrastructure can be carried out on regular dates. Technical supervision is a method through which an external team can help in the transfer of information not only in dealing with incidents, but also to effectively develop the information flows and business of a company.
  • All Inclusive
    Complete service for a fixed monthly payment regardless of how much time, maintenance, management and development of serviced systems is needed. Convenient service for businesses that need to plan their budgets well in advance.

2) Organizational support

  • On-site user support
    A specialist K-net employee is assigned to the needs of a specific users, to ensure the productivity and accesibility of their workplace.
  • Organizing project setup.
     A K-net employee sets up and directs a project from inside a company or organization.

3) Ensuring service

  • Guaranteed service and operation
    Complete integration of K-net to the infrastructure of a customer's processes. K-net assumes full responsibility for the operation of IT networks and systems and availability of all applications, it also guarantees a fixed recovery time for all services in case of failure.
  • Crash Recovery service
    K-net guarantees server virtualization, in other words, we are responsible for the creation of identical copies of VMware servers and setting up a backup schedule so that data can be restored in case of longer-term interruption of service or any accident, including natural disasters.
  • VPN Provision
    Virtual private networks are looked after by K-net including installation, configuration and supervision over the whole of a customer's network. Services include rental of NetDispatcher and it's replacement within 4 hours anywhere in the Czech Republic.

What is unique about NetSupport?

This is a custom system of technical assistance, which K-net Technical International Group has been running for the benefit of its customers since 2003.

The aim of this service is that all information technology equipment works with no unexpected downtime.

All tasks and the individual steps which lead to their resolution are recorded to give a complete overview and history of the services provided. The information system which K-net employs for recording, working and evalution is connected via a web application, "client zone", which gives contracted clients all necessary information, whenever, via the internet.

For quick solutions, there's the HelpDesk, which every client can count on whenever for advice, to check up on their task and so on, via email or by telephone.

Customers can even use the Emergency service.
